Applying Struber’s #futureofengagement vision to freight and mass transit on the Gold Coast for the 2018 Commonwealth Games, ensuring the local business community was informed, ready and excited for the games.
Struber was engaged during a period of rigorous planning and consultation with local businesses in the lead up to the GC2018 Commonwealth Games to plan and coordinate community readiness workshops.
Traditional engagement methods were successfully implemented among various cross sections within the local business community, however Struber identified an opportunity to expand the campaign through the application of new technologies, akin to Struber’s #futureofengagement mantra.

The Digital and Interactive Workshop Presentations were a perfect example of how a progressive campaign using new technologies can complement an existing programme of engagement. Throughout the project, the Digital and Interactive Workshops engaged more than 10,000 stakeholders.
