Struber’s energetic and can-do attitude has seen strategies developed to re-launch the project, promote funding and environmental approval announcements, engage industry, undertake early acquisition and early works engagement, and support the procurement process. This has been under-pinned with a digital-first approach by growing the project’s online and social media presence, and developing a recognisable brand across all forms of communications.

Struber’s multi-disciplinary team has:

  • Undertaken one-on-one engagement with government departments, key stakeholders and stakeholders affected by land acquisition.
  • Prepared letters, fact sheets, project updates and fly-throughs, presentations, information stands, posters, videos, animations and outdoor advertising.
  • Developed and maintained website, social media, project branding and been involved with live-streaming, virtual and augmented reality experiences, and project DNA.
  • Responded to community enquiries via project number, email, social media.
  • Arranged events, information sessions and consultation for three project approvals.
  • Supported the procurement phase including preparing documentation, attending interactives and undertaking evaluation.
