Success Factors
Struber applied its #futureofengagement vision to engage local freight and mass transit communities on the Gold Coast City Transport Strategy 2031, which was developed to guide the city’s transport and create a smart, connected and liveable city under one network.
Struber partnered with the City of Gold Coast to provide services and specialist advice in the engagement and creative spaces to determine how the current transport network was being utilised by businesses and local residents to develop a pathway to prioritising projects and accelerating programs in line with the Gold Coast Transport Strategy 2031.
Struber delivered four collaborative seminars and workshops, designed to engage the local freight and business community. During these sessions, businesses were encouraged to share their opinions on how the current transport network was servicing the local community and identify opportunities to improve capacity of all transport methods.
Struber’s marketing specialists captured this feedback and developed a digital platform to present key findings and specialist advice.
Data was collated into a comprehensive snapshot of local interactions with the city’s transport network.
All data was digitally recorded, tracked and processed, enabling Struber’s digivated taskforce to publish the findings across both multimedia and creative platforms.
Struber presented the findings to the City of Gold Coast for consideration and analysis against existing data and the overarching Gold Coast 2031 TRANSPORT STRATEGY.
