Struber designed and delivered a campaign focusing on mobilising the local businesses and preparing stakeholders for the predicted challenges resulting from added pressures on SEQ’s transport network during the Commonwealth Games. The workshop delivery model was strategically planned and created to capitalise on Struber’s flexible and agile engagement techniques, with the ability to refine content, ensuring stakeholders were informed and set for the games.
