  • Developing a multi-faceted stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Establishing a stakeholder network map and engagement pathway
  • Formation of Aurizon’s first Land Access Protocol document
  • Creating an implementation plan to guide the approved communication activities, define key messages, communication objectives and delivery methods
  • Designing and implementing an interactive online training module, ensuring staff and internal stakeholders developed a sound understanding of new procedures.

Struber’s Taskforce delivered a fast-tracked, digivated training program, designed to inform, engage and educate Aurizon staff.
Within three months, the number of employees who had completed the training modules surpassed the client’s initial targets by over 100%.
