Her gift for negotiating coupled with practical insight and ability to instil energy ensures engagement forms an integral part of a project’s management culture. She offers a unique insight and understanding of stakeholder interfaces, having engaged thousands of stakeholders, and has a passion to ensuring communities form part of the decision making process.

Misti discovered her passion for construction whilst working for McConnell Dowell on Stage 1 of the Gold Coast Light Rail project. This role saw Misti apply her commercial and risk awareness skills and knowledge to this $1.2 billion complex, urban light rail project. Prior to entering the construction industry, Misti had a successful career in the financial markets, working for an array of clients across a broad range of industries. Here, she developed skills in building relationships, negotiating complex agreements, managing competing priorities and delivering exceptional outcomes in short timeframes.

Lauren has over 12 years’ experience in print and digital design, having developed a portfolio of design experience in various industry sectors such as Engineering, Infrastructure, Government and Public Relations. Consulting since 2012, Lauren has had the opportunity to work in the infrastructure industry on tenders, branding, capability statements, videos, presentations and various other marketing material, which has included the development of infographics, communication documents, digital communications and social media from concept phase through to the final execution.
